Goliad, TX is my home, but sometimes I venture out and visit places I would like to call home. Terlingua, TX is a very special and mystical place in the Big Bend area. I went there last year to a music festival and a chili cook off. I sojourned with a band of new friends who are Texas music artists. We all camped at Terlingua in the desert. This place is a beautiful arid desert near the border of Mexico. The Rio Grande River was just over the hills. All kinds of folks from all walks of life met there. We had a big campfire and we swapped songs around the flames until the sun came up. Here are the words to the song I wrote about in my new song called: Warm Terlingua Sun...
