BLESSED ARE THE CHILDREN
HEY MY BRIGHT AND SHINING STAR
DIAMONDS AND SAPPHIRES FOR YOUR EYES
GLOWING WITH THE LIGHT
OF A MILLION SUNRISES
FOLLOW THROUGH A MEADOW FILLED WITH
CLOVER
IT’S A BUTTERFLY, NOW CAN YOU REALLY
CATCH IT?
YOU HAVE THAT CHILD-LIKE FAITH
HOLD THE KEY TO MY HEART
BLESSED ARE THE CHILDREN
THROUGH YOUR EYES I SEE LOVE
WHEN YOU’RE HERE I’M NOT ALONE
YOU ARE A SPECIAL GIFT I KNOW
I AM SHELTERED BY THE PEACE IN YOUR
SMILE
BLESSED ARE THE CHILDREN
SO I SAY BLESSED ARE THE CHILDREN
THEY ARE PRECIOUS IN HIS SIGHT
JESUS LOVES THE LITTLE CHILDREN
ANGELS WATCHING OVER DAY AND NIGHT
I HEAR THEM PRAYING & SAYING
“NOW I LAY ME DOWN TO SLEEP
I PRAY THE LORD MY SOUL TO KEEP
IN THE MORNING WHEN I WAKE
TEACH ME LORD THY WAY TO TAKE”
I SAY BLESSED
I SAY BLESSED
BLESSED ARE THE CHILDREN
BLESSED ARE THE CHILDREN
*These lyrics are dedicated to all the
children in the world.

Dedicated to Helping Hurt and Abused Women
JESUS is the Answer.
PSALMS 91
1 We live within the shadow of the Almighty, sheltered by
the God who is above all gods.
2 This I declare, that he alone is my refuge, my place of
safety; he is my God, and I am trusting him.
3 For he rescues you from every trap, and protects you from
the fatal plague.
4 He will shield you with his wings! They will shelter you.
His faithful promises are your armor.
5 Now you don't need to be afraid of the dark any more, nor
fear the dangers of the day;
6 nor dread the plagues of darkness, nor disasters in the
morning.
7 Though a thousand fall at my side, though ten thousand
are dying around me, the evil will not touch me.
8 I will see how the wicked are punished but I will not share
it.
9 For Jehovah is my refuge! I choose the God above all gods
to shelter me.
10 How then can evil overtake me or any plague come near?
11 For he orders his angels to protect you wherever you go.
12 They will steady you with their hands to keep you from
stumbling against the rocks on the trail.
13 You can safely meet a lion or step on poisonous snakes,
yes, even trample them beneath your feet!
For the Lord says, "Because he loves me, I will rescue him;
I will make him great because he trusts in my name.
15 When he calls on me I will answer; I will be with him
in trouble, and rescue him and honor him.
16 I will satisfy him with a full life and give him my salvation."
Rich blessing to you,
Nancy G

Cover me, cover up my tears Cover up this man who's covered up in fear I need a peace of mind, I need a piece of you TO cover all that's gone and everything that's new You unveil me with your mercy I want to breathe you in You unfold me, then you hold me
Cover up my heart, cover up my soul Cover up this world and everything I know You cover up the sky, you cover up the sea Cover up the mountains and every part of me Everything single breath I breathe...cover me
I am still alive and covered up in years Covered up in lines as innocence appears So give me a peace of mind, give me a piece of you To cover all that's old with everything that's new You unveil me with your mercy I want to breathe you in And you unfold me, then you hold me You unveil me with your mercy I want to breathe you in You unfold me then you hold me I want to shed this skin You unveil me with your mercy You unfold me, then you hold me You unbreak me, would you take me home

Mom - My Hero
By: Ashley Brundrett
age 13 - 1996
My mom is a hero in many ways
Always ready for the problems each day
She helps me get through difficult things
And supports in what each day brings
Every time that I am in sorrow
My mom is there with a tissue to borrow
If I need support in something I'm in
My mom is there yelling "Go, Fight, Win!"
I am thankful for the hero in my Mother
If I was asked I wouldn't want another
I always wanted to be like my Mother
By helping people's problems we are like each other
A better person I want to be
By watching my mom's kindness is how I see
Mom, if you are reading I want you to see
What you're doing in my life is so special to me
I want to be a better person because of you
Following your footsteps
I want to help people's lives too
You are very special and a fantastic mom too
When I have kids I want to be just like you
Then I would teach them like I was taught
Kindness is given and not bought
What you have given me in life is special indeed
You taught me not to be selfish, snooty,
Or filled with greed
I will carry this through and use it all the time
Because I know being rude is one's self crime
In conclusion to my poem
There are many things to state
You are a number one if I had to rate
Right now there is just one thing left to say
"Thank you Mother for your help
In the past and today."
**
Thank you Ashley for those words. I wish I could have read
that poem to my mom and your grandmother, who is one of the
best mom's and child of God I have even known. She is now
is God's eternally kingdom with a big crown and wings so
she can fly.

HAPPY
MOTHER'S DAY
By: Nancy Ellen Gottschall Brundrett
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE TIMES I CAN LOOK BACK AND SMILE
THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS GOING THAT SECOND MILE
THANK YOU FOR BEING FILLED WITH LOVE
I NOW KNOW YOU WERE INFLUENCED BY JESUS ABOVE
WITH YOU AND JESUS I'VE WALKED DOWN LIFE'S ROAD
UNDERSTANDING YOU WERE BOTH THERE TO HELP CARRY THE LOAD
WITH MY LIFE NOT BEING YET YOUNG OR OLD
YOU ARE IN THE TWILIGHT OF A BEAUTIFUL LIFE'S STORY TOLD
MY ONLY WISH ON THIS MOTHER'S DAY
IS TO HOPE ONE DAY I WILL LOOK BACK AND SAY
THAT I WAS AS GOOD A MOTHER AS YOU ARE TODAY
PLEASE CONTINUE TO SHINE THE LIGHT MY WAY
Love and respect forever.....I will continue to celebrate
your life through mine, after all, I am made up of half of
you already....
Nancy, your only daughter
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mary Sue Gottschall, 86, of Victoria, died Thursday, Nov.
4, 2004.
She
was born Oct. 25, 1918, in Mangum, Okla., to the late Methodist
Hix and Juliana E. Derrick Mills. She was a homemaker.
Survivors:
husband, Robert Gottschall; daughter, Nancy Brundrett
of Boerne; sons, Robert B. Gottschall of Wimberly, and
Mark T. Gottschall of Lawrence, Kan.; brother, Colonel
Frank Mills of Virginia Beach, Va.; six grandchildren;
and three great-grandchildren.
----------
This is my mom's obituary as written in the paper. It doesn't
even scratch the surface of the life story of my "beautiful
inside" mother. She was the pure, innocent example of a
Christian mom. She taught me about Jesus when I was very
young. She held me when I was afraid. Mom taught me to
pray. Her life was and is the truest example of how to
let God love other's through her life.
She always was for the underdog. Mom never had an unkind
word to say about anyone or anything. Her love poured into
her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We are all so
blessed to now know that mom is dancing again in the heavenly
realm of God's streets of gold. She always deserved to
live in a mansion!
I miss your tender eyes
that would just look at me with so much love. I miss
the softness of your frail hands. I miss your little
smile you would give me. I miss your voice that would
say,
"I love you Nancy."
Rest in peace with Christ,
Nancy, your only daughter.
